Wave is hiring a mobile expansion recruiter to deploy into new francophone markets before launch, build talent maps and compensation benchmarks, own full-cycle recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles, support onboarding and people operations, and hand the hiring process to a permanent replacement. The role is based in one of the company's operating countries, requires local hiring and work authorization, involves frequent short-term deployments, and demands fluency in French and English, strong recruiting and stakeholder-management experience, and the ability to work independently in unfamiliar markets.
