The role covers recruiting account executives, sales engineers, marketing, finance, legal, IT, supply chain, facilities, and program management; learning the business; defining role clarity and competency maps; running talent analysis; and closing offers. It is 100% in-person in Emeryville, California, requires at least five years of recruiting experience in GTM or G&A, and offers a base salary of $140,000–$175,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
