Higgsfield AI is hiring a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of its Almaty recruiting team. The role establishes consistent intake, pipeline, scoring, interview, offer, and onboarding processes; maintains Ashby and recruiting data; runs pipeline hygiene and reporting; builds dashboards; manages recruiting tools; and escalates blockers. It requires at least five years of recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management experience, including two years owning process or operations for a recruiting team, along with Ashby or comparable ATS expertise, reporting experience, and strong English and Russian skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Almaty.
