Description
Veho is hiring a Senior Recruiting Supervisor to own high-volume recruiting across Ground Operations and Live Operations teams. The role builds and improves the hiring playbook, introduces AI and automation, manages candidate experience, leads and develops recruiters, partners with senior operations leaders, and delivers volume during peak season and market expansions. Candidates need at least five years of recruiting experience, including three years in high-volume or hourly/field operations hiring, plus formal recruiting-team leadership experience. Compensation is $110,000–$135,000 annually, with equity and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited PTO benefits.
