Description
Deloitte is hiring a Senior Red Team Operator to lead a small team of Red Team Operators in planning, executing, and reporting global Red Team engagements. The role involves intelligence gathering, network footholds, malware and command-and-control operations, stealth, persistence, Rules of Engagement compliance, documentation, auditing, mentoring, attack-network management, and risk-reduction collaboration with security teams. Candidates need at least three years of Red Team experience, knowledge of threat actor TTPs, digital forensics and incident response, Windows Active Directory and Azure EntraID, covert cloud C2 infrastructure, modern malware, enterprise security architecture, monitoring and indicators of compromise, and hands-on experience with tools such as Cobalt Strike, Nighthawk C2, Bloodhound, and Evilginx2. Relevant certifications, public security expertise, security-product experience, social engineering, automation, and remote experience are preferred; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
