Description
MANTECH is hiring a Senior Regional Lead to manage regional business-unit operations, subordinate teams, budgets, resource allocation, hub-based logistics and sustainment, status reporting, and cross-functional readiness coordination in the Pacific AOR. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of position-relevant experience, formal document approval and quality-gate oversight experience, and a current or active Secret clearance. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Guam.
