Description
Airwallex is hiring a senior regional strategy leader reporting to the Head of ANZ to develop and refresh the region’s long-term strategy, prepare board and senior leadership reporting, manage regulatory engagement, partner with People & Talent on organisational design and workforce planning, represent regional priorities with global product and engineering teams, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or senior strategy roles within high-growth B2B or technology companies, along with board-level experience, cross-functional leadership, regulated-industry experience, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
