Quantexa is hiring a Senior Regional Workplace Coordinator to lead workplace operations and health and safety across its APAC office portfolio, including Singapore, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and Melbourne. The role combines hands-on Singapore office management with regional coordination of facilities, suppliers, access, first aid, fire warden arrangements, office services, workplace projects, compliance, risk, audits, vendor governance, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and support for future office openings and expansions. The position requires an experienced workplace professional who can operate independently in a regulated global environment and work closely with regional business leaders, vendors, and global facilities leadership.
