Ripple Effect is hiring a Senior Regulatory Analyst (HS/IRB) to support the Office for Human Research Protections within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The role reviews complaints, incident reports, institutional submissions, research documentation, and IRB records; conducts preliminary compliance assessments; prepares correspondence, reports, trackers, and briefing materials; manages case status and records; and supports corrective-action monitoring and compliance recommendations. The position is full-time, exempt, based at Ripple Effect Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, with client-approved telework, and requires a master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
