PTC is hiring a Senior Release and Program Manager for its PLM PMO team in Pune. The role supports engineering, product management, QA, and other cross-functional teams through major release planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, risk and dependency management, governance, status reporting, change management, and release-process improvement within an Agile Scrum environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of software development organization experience including at least 5 years in program or project management, strong Agile and Scrum knowledge, data and communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools.
