Description
MISO is hiring a Senior Reliability Coordinator - NERC Certified System Operator (NCSO) to support continuous analysis of changing data and models, adjust operations to mitigate risks, resolve transmission congestion, and maintain the safe and reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or at least four years of relevant experience, successful completion of the assigned Oral Board and Simulation Certification, current or obtainable NERC/RC certification, and at least five years of experience in electrical engineering, generation dispatch, transmission operations, merchant operations, generation planning, or power accounting. The position offers a base salary of $138,000 to $148,000 USD annually, an annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
