AES is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability strategies for its PV+BESS inverter portfolio, analyze equipment failures, lead major repairs, improve uptime and efficiency, manage asset data in SAP PM, and support operations, design reviews, and safety activities. The role requires an engineering or equivalent technical degree, at least five years of experience in high-power electrical systems and renewable power generation, and familiarity with inverter technology, FMEA, reliability metrics, SCADA, and condition monitoring. The position is ideally based in Louisville, Colorado, with up to 10–15% travel, and offers a base salary of $113,000 to $141,525 per year plus an annual bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
