ALSO is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to establish reliability targets and metrics, develop accelerated life and environmental testing procedures, analyze test data, guide engineering teams through failure modes and FMEAs, and monitor field performance for electric mobility vehicles. The role requires an engineering degree, at least two years of reliability engineering experience, knowledge of PCBA, energy storage, drive-unit, and chassis reliability, and familiarity with statistical software, failure-analysis techniques, instrumentation, and FEA tools. The position is onsite in Silicon Valley, with limited potential for one remote day per week after ramp-up, and offers $190,000–$222,500 annually plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and family benefits.
