Description
Arconic is hiring a Reliability Engineer for its Manufacturing Technology Engineering team to develop and implement reliability excellence systems across multiple rolling mills and extrusion plants. The role covers equipment reliability standards, defect elimination, criticality analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, condition-based monitoring, reliability-centered maintenance, OEE and productivity improvement, and cross-functional change management. It is based in Davenport, Iowa (preferred), Alcoa, Tennessee, or Lancaster, Pennsylvania, may require 25% or more travel, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, five years of equipment reliability or maintenance experience, and United States work authorization.
