Description
The Reliability Engineer will oversee maintenance execution and reliability for rotating equipment at the Celanese Narrows VA Site, initially supporting air and chilled water systems. The role leads troubleshooting, repairs, reliability upgrades, predictive and preventative maintenance, maintenance procedures, backlog management, training, and communication of solutions to upper management. Candidates need at least five years of plant maintenance and reliability experience, expertise in rotating machinery and reliability technologies, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering degree is preferred. The expected Virginia salary range is $108,700 to $146,800.
