GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to support the development, qualification, and reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies. The role involves setting up and analyzing reliability tests for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies; developing wafer-level and package-level test methodologies; collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams; and conducting reliability risk assessments and technical presentations. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience in reliability, device physics, or semiconductor testing, and knowledge of wafer fabrication, MOS device physics, and reliability statistics.
