Northstrat (GRVTY) is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability engineering for fielded and in-production RF electronic warfare systems. The role centers on reliability prediction, FMEA/FMECA, qualification and environmental testing, root-cause/failure analysis, FRACAS, derating, and sustainment of high-reliability defense hardware in harsh military environments. It is a hybrid position based in Sterling, Virginia and requires an active Secret or higher clearance, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science field.
