Description

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior HTOL Reliability Engineer for its Santa Clara lab to build and operate high-temperature operating-life test boards and ovens, develop JEDEC-aligned HTOL test programs, debug burn-in patterns and hardware, apply thermal-management techniques, and improve reliability databases and vendor test systems. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of HTOL test-system experience, semiconductor reliability testing expertise, ATE and board-debugging skills, and programming experience with Python or MATLAB. The base salary is 116,000 USD to 184,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until August 9, 2026.

Additional Information
