The role analyzes flight logs, telemetry, manufacturing, and maintenance data; collaborates with flight test, manufacturing, software, and engineering teams; documents technical findings; and contributes to reliability metrics and fleet-health improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least seven years of engineering experience in aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, automotive, or another safety-critical industry, and proficiency with Python, SQL, or similar data-analysis tools.
