Citi is hiring a full-time Developer Services Engineer to support its global technology platform through DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices. The role focuses on automating manual and repetitive processes, integrating AI tools through Model Context Protocol servers, improving system resiliency, coordinating service migrations, and investigating production issues. Candidates should be software senior developers with Python, shell, Bash, Java, or Go scripting experience, CI/CD and enterprise infrastructure experience, and hands-on MCP deployment experience. The position is based at Citi Solutions Center Poland with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary range of 241,750.00 to 411,650.00 Polish zloty.
