Citi is hiring a full-time Systems & Engineering Developer for its Developer Services Team in Poland. The role focuses on DevOps/SRE practices, automation of manual and repetitive processes, AI integration through Model Context Protocol servers, CI/CD tooling, service migrations, system resiliency, and production issue investigations. Candidates should be software senior developers with Python, Shell, Bash, Java, or Go scripting experience, enterprise CI/CD and infrastructure experience, and hands-on MCP deployment experience. The position offers a hybrid model with up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 241,750.00–411,650.00 PLN.
