PSE is hiring a Senior Renewable Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of utility-scale solar, energy storage, and microgrid projects from 5 MW to 100+ MW. The role includes renewable-energy integration planning, electrical system studies, construction-document review, coordination of design teams, and management of electrical project scope. Candidates need an electrical engineering or related bachelor’s degree, at least five years of renewable-energy experience, PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within a year, and eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position prefers a hybrid arrangement at a PSE office but is open to remote candidates, with an annual base salary of $111,242 to $160,742.
