Description
The Senior Requirements Analyst will lead requirements work in complex transformation and procurement projects for banking, finance, and insurance clients. The role covers needs analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, procurement documentation, supplier management, requirements traceability, and mentoring less senior analysts. Candidates need at least eight years of requirements experience, experience leading requirements work, procurement and supplier-management experience, relevant modeling and tooling experience, a relevant university degree, and fluency in Swedish and English.
