Description
The Senior Requirements Analyst will lead requirements work in complex transformation and procurement projects for banking, finance, and insurance clients. The role covers needs analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, procurement documentation, supplier management, requirements traceability, and mentoring less senior analysts. Candidates need at least eight years of requirements experience, experience in banking, finance, or insurance, procurement and supplier-management experience, modeling and collaboration experience, a relevant university degree, and fluency in Swedish and English.
