Description
Dyno Therapeutics is hiring a full-time Senior Research Associate in Watertown to support animal studies and development of muscle AAV-based capsids for gene therapy. The role focuses on tissue dissection and processing, nucleic-acid purification and qPCR/RT-qPCR analysis, next-generation sequencing library preparation, histology workflows, mammalian cell culture, in vitro capsid characterization, data analysis, documentation in ELN/LIMS systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant life-science or biomedical field and at least three years of post-graduate hands-on wet-lab experience; experience with AAV biology, viral vectors, sequencing, animal tissue analysis, histology, and Benchling is preferred.
