Ridgeline Discovery is hiring several Research Associates or Senior Scientists to support a portfolio company transitioning out of stealth. The role focuses on high-throughput screening and mass spectrometry-based drug discovery, including sample preparation, mass spectrometer operation, proteomics data analysis, novel drug-target characterization, and laboratory operations. Candidates need a relevant Master’s, Bachelor’s, or laboratory apprenticeship with at least two years of experience for the Research Associate level, or a PhD with relevant mass spectrometry experience for the Scientist level. The position is based at Ridgeline Discovery’s laboratories in Basel, Switzerland, with flexible working conditions and benefits.
