The role involves investigating frontier AI capabilities, designing and running experiments, developing datasets, reinforcement learning environments, evaluation frameworks, and research-grade prototypes, and translating findings into scalable products and platforms. Candidates should have a PhD or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, strong machine learning and programming skills, and research experience in synthetic or agentic data generation, reinforcement learning, post-training, model understanding, evaluation, or benchmarks. The role offers $250,000 to $350,000 in on-target earnings plus equity.
