EliseAI is hiring a Senior Research Scientist to lead end-to-end machine learning and large language model research initiatives, including identifying research questions, designing experiments, building prototypes, evaluating models, and translating research into customer-visible features. The role requires a Ph.D. in a relevant field, five years of post-PhD experience, strong quantitative and programming skills, and willingness to work in person at the office four to five days per week. Compensation is $200,000 to $320,000 plus equity and benefits.
