GiveWell is looking for Senior Researchers to join their lean research team. These individuals will be responsible for directing hundreds of millions of dollars annually to effective global health and poverty alleviation programs. The role involves creating and leading research agendas, answering complex questions, and informing high-impact grantmaking decisions through evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and judgment. Senior Researchers have the option to transition into a Program Officer role to manage a large grantmaking portfolio or continue leading research.
