Candidates should have an advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field, at least four years of industry experience, and expertise in LLM post-training methods such as policy optimization, verifier-based reinforcement learning, supervised fine-tuning, data-centric AI, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, and safety alignment.
