AECOM is hiring a Resident Engineer to lead construction supervision for infrastructure projects, particularly roads and sewage treatment works. The role manages contractors and site teams, oversees inspections, safety, quality, schedules, costs, and technical deliverables, resolves site issues, represents the company to clients, and prepares project plans. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 20 years of post-graduate design and site-supervision experience, UAE and Dubai experience, and expertise in existing sewerage treatment works and sewage treatment plant design and construction.
