Arcadis is hiring a Senior Resident Engineer in California to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with contract documents, inspect materials, methods, and finished products, oversee measurements and payments, review project documentation, identify change orders, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The role requires at least 10 years of directly relevant experience, including 5 years as a Resident Engineer on Caltrans highway improvement projects, a bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field, and a California Professional Engineer or Licensed Civil Engineer credential.
