Description
EXP is hiring a Senior Resident Engineer to lead construction oversight for major transit, rail, station, tunnel, structural, electrical, and communications infrastructure projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. The role supervises field staff and contractors, reviews plans and submittals, monitors safety and progress, administers contracts and budgets, coordinates outages and operating-environment activities, and supports commissioning and closeout. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline, at least 25 years of relevant construction engineering, inspection, and construction management experience, and extensive infrastructure project experience. The role pays $150,000 to $200,000 and includes health insurance, vacation time, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
