Schnabel Engineering is hiring full-time Senior Resident Project Representatives for dam construction projects across multiple United States locations, with possible work in the southeast, Colorado, mid-Atlantic, and northeast regions. The role serves as a key member of the on-site Construction Management and Quality Assurance/Quality Control team, coordinating with owners, engineering staff, and contractors; monitoring construction methods, materials, progress, schedules, manpower, and equipment; reviewing submittals, change orders, and disputes; and documenting quality activities. Candidates need at least 15 years of relevant dam, water-resources, or heavy-civil construction experience, including construction inspection and materials-testing expertise, along with the ability to work in remote and rugged construction environments. The position requires travel and possible temporary relocation, and offers a compensation range of $120,000 to $145,000.
