Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Resident Project Representative to support building engineering projects, including reviewing construction drawings and specifications, maintaining contractor activity records, tracking materials and quantities, preparing pay estimates, attending progress meetings, observing equipment installation and acceptance testing, developing punchlists, documenting work for engineer review, and assisting with audits and closeout. The role works under a Design Project Manager, supervises junior Resident Project Representatives and related field personnel, and requires onsite travel to client locations. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction technology, or relevant experience, plus at least 10 years of progressive multidisciplinary construction experience, is required; a PE license or CCM certification is preferred. Visa sponsorship for United States employment authorization is not available.
