Description
The Senior Residential Advisor reports to the Residential Living Manager and oversees Residential Advisors assigned to a dormitory. The role coordinates recreation, entertainment, learning, safety, security, administration, and training; monitors student behavior and conditions; arranges student counseling visits; maintains dormitory operations and property; and supports students’ social development and self-management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, vocational guidance, or youth work, and an associate’s degree in behavioral sciences is preferred.
