Description
BIMM is hiring a Senior Resource Manager to plan, coordinate, and optimize resource allocation across Creative, Experience Design, Technology, Strategy, Client Leadership, and other multidisciplinary teams. The role owns workforce planning, capacity forecasting, staffing forecasts, resource fulfillment, hiring coordination, external talent management, vendor relationships, utilization reporting, and risk mitigation. It reports to the Director of Operations, has no direct reports, and requires a hybrid office arrangement of three days per week in the Distillery District. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and offers a total annual base salary of CAD 100,000–120,000.
