MOXFIVE is hiring a Senior Restoration Engineer to serve as a technical first responder in its Incident Response practice. The role leads infrastructure restoration from initial triage through full operational recovery during ransomware, destructive malware, or catastrophic system failures. Responsibilities include assessing damage, determining what can be recovered versus rebuilt, orchestrating restoration across hybrid and cloud environments, coordinating with forensics, security, legal, insurance, and client teams, and communicating recovery status to executives and stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, disaster recovery and backup expertise, incident response leadership, and knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, storage, networking, and application dependencies.
