DÔEN is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its retail organization. Reporting to the SVP of Operations and with a dotted-line relationship to the VP of Retail, the role oversees retail processes, SOPs, compliance, store openings, Tulip adoption, customer-care metrics, inventory controls, cycle counts, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination. The position is open to New York and California, offers remote or hybrid work, and pays $100,000–$110,000. Candidates need at least five years of retail operations experience, including two years supporting multiple retail stores, along with POS, inventory, ERP, and cross-functional experience.
