Description
Acron Aviation is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design and support mission-critical RF systems for its ACSS (Surveillance) product line, including ACAS/TCAS, transponders, DME, UAT, and other RF functions. The role covers requirements analysis, component selection, schematic capture, layout, RF/analog circuit design, hardware development and testing, DO-160 and MIL-STD qualification, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is full-time and in-person in Phoenix, Arizona, or Grand Rapids, Michigan, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–9 years of relevant experience, and an academic background in electromagnetic and RF/microwave theory.
