CHAOS Industries is hiring a Senior RF Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Hawthorne, California. The position covers the full product lifecycle of high-reliability RF and microwave electronics for aerospace and defense applications, including RF circuit design, MMIC-based board prototyping, architecture and component trade studies, RF testing and characterization, troubleshooting, simulation, PCB layout, and production and field support. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in electrical engineering with the stated years of experience, relevant RF hardware experience, strong RF fundamentals, test-equipment proficiency, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The role offers a base salary of $160,000 to $220,000 plus benefits and equity.
