Description
Emerson is hiring a Senior RF Engineer for its Test and Measurement Systems, also known as NI, Product R&D team in Santa Rosa, California. The role focuses on hands-on RF and microwave hardware design and validation, including front-end circuits, LO/PLL, filters, mixers, PAs/LNAs, switches, couplers, and related high-frequency circuitry. Responsibilities include translating customer and product needs into specifications, using RF design and measurement tools, prototyping, verification, compliance, NPI, and sustaining activities, and collaborating across engineering disciplines. The position requires at least five years of experience with a B.S. in EE/ECE or three years with an advanced degree, strong RF instrumentation and troubleshooting skills, and Python proficiency. The role is hybrid and offers an annual base salary of $180,872 to $200,700 plus bonuses.
