Description
LanceSoft is hiring a Senior RF Engineer to support the planning, design, compliance, quality review, and delivery of Radio Access Network solutions. The role covers RF capacity, coverage, and performance analysis; new-site builds, upgrades, relocations, capacity programs, COWs, final cell design, Safety Code 6 compliance, implementation support, acceptance, closeout, and coordination with engineering, real estate, site acquisition, civil, equipment, transport, implementation, field operations, customers, and subcontractors. The position is onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, pays CAD 50.00–52.00 per hour, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least five years of RF planning, RAN design, wireless engineering, or related experience with Canadian cellular operators.
