STR is hiring a Senior RF Hardware Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced multi-function RF systems, including radar and electronic warfare convergence. The role involves RF hardware design, component selection, link-budget analysis, assembly, integration, test planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates need applicable RF and systems engineering knowledge, experience delivering advanced development hardware, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of applicable experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The position requires obtaining a security clearance and offers a full-time salary range of $134,000 to $175,000.
