Venus Aerospace is hiring a Senior RF Systems Engineer to design, build, and flight-test telemetry, radio, antenna, and ground-station systems for rocket propulsion technology. The role leads link-budget and frequency-deconfliction analysis, requirements and trade studies, hardware-in-the-loop testing, system integration, troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and engineering disciplines. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least five years of RF telemetry experience in rocket, missile, or space applications, along with expertise in flight-vehicle link analysis, ground systems, grounding and shielding, and environmental testing.
