Description
The role manages pipeline right-of-way and landowner matters, including route planning, right-of-way cost and timeline estimates, landowner research, permits, easements, leases, litigation support, property sales, damages, and negotiations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related technical field, at least five years of right-of-way or land-services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a law degree or master’s degree in business administration is preferred. The position also requires knowledge of pipeline safety and regulatory requirements, GIS and word-processing skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to represent the company before governmental agencies and external parties.
