Apollo is hiring an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead the development and improvement of its Enterprise Risk Management Framework, own risk and control assessments and governance activities, produce reporting and recommendations for senior stakeholders, support stress testing and capital model validation, and strengthen risk culture across Apollo and its managed syndicates. The role requires significant enterprise risk experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI.
