Description
Polymarket is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst to build and maintain the risk governance framework for its U.S. regulated exchange. The role partners with trading, product, legal, and operations teams to establish risk policies, controls, self-assessments, incident capture, reporting, and escalation processes; assess exposure and regulatory risks; and translate risk decisions for business leaders. Candidates need at least seven years of risk, compliance, or audit experience in financial services, specifically capital markets, along with front-office or middle-office trading experience and experience implementing risk frameworks in regulated organizations. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
