Alma Bank is hiring a Senior Risk Officer to work onsite from its Corporate office in Long Island City, Queens. The role leads the bank-wide Enterprise Risk Management program, oversees Internal Audit, Compliance, and BSA functions, develops risk governance and policies, manages risk activities and reporting, oversees the Information Security team and vendor management, and coordinates with regulators and senior management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree preferred, 15 years of banking experience, 10 years in risk, compliance, or internal audit, and prior managerial experience. The salary range is $170,000–$190,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
