The Hanover is hiring a Senior Risk Solutions Consultant in Nashville, Tennessee, for a full-time exempt role that may be fully remote with local travel. The position conducts technical risk evaluations and loss analysis, performs field surveys, develops service solutions, collaborates with underwriting and agency partners, and mentors junior staff. Candidates need at least five years of Risk Solutions/Loss Control field experience with a commercial lines national or regional insurance carrier, strong analytical and communication skills, project management ability, and a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
